It’s incredible to see how far this initiative has come in 10 years. 10 years ago we were scared to talk about “mental health”, scared to seek help, scared of being viewed as “weak” and scared of what others may think. Now it’s a part of our daily conversation amongst not only family and friends, but complete strangers too. Many of us battle with mental health issues everyday and a lot of it goes unnoticed as we tend to mask it well. It’s time to break the silence because it’s okay not to be okay.❤️
