1. Weekend birthday parties.
If you’re a studio that doesn’t operate on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays are a great opportunity to generate new income along with exposing new kids to your space by hosting birthday parties!
2. Get clever with your costumes.
Have your performance costumes created locally or overseas with parents paying for them outright to keep. Alternatively, you can have the parents hire them for the performance while the studio will keep the costumes for re-hire in the future.a
